Maintaining the activity of the virus in vitro facilitates cultivation and detection, and protects the integrity of virus antigens and nucleic acids.
2. Inactivated type
The virus protein is lysed, the virus nucleic acid is released and stored in the preservation solution, which can make the virus no longer have physiological activity and lose its infectiousness, pathogenicity and reproductive ability.
