Product Introduction

Rotary evaporator is an indispensable instrument and equipment in the process of evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries. Rotary evaporator is developed by using the principle of constant temperature heating and film evaporation under vacuum negative pressure. The rotary evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to make the glass rotary bottle rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large area of uniform film on the wall of the bottle, and then the intelligent constant temperature water bath pan heats the rotary bottle evenly, and evaporates at high speed under vacuum condition. The solvent vapor is cooled by the high-efficiency glass condenser and recycled to the collection bottle. The rotary evaporator works under vacuum condition, and the parts in contact with materials are made of high temperature resistant borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene. It is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easy to decompose and denatured at high temperature. Our rotary evaporator sets the essence of similar products at home and abroad, and has successfully completed practical experience. It has formed 2L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 50L and 100L series. 1. The main support is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with reasonable structure and exquisite materials.
