OLABO BBS-SDC Laminar Flow Cabinet
Product Introduction
Laminar Flow Cabinet is a work bench or similar enclosure, which creates a particle-free working environment by taking air through a filtration system and exhausting it across a work surface in a laminar or unidirectional air stream. The laminar flow cabinet is enclosed on the sides and kept under constant positive pressure in order to prevent the infiltration of contaminated room air.
Features
1. Clean bench classification: vertical laminar flow, single-sided operation;
2. Filtration efficiency: The filters are all high efficiency filters without partitions, and the filtration efficiency for particles with a diameter of 0.3μm is 99.999%;
3. Fans and filters can be replaced and repaired at the front of the clean bench;
4. The box body is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate and the surface is electrostatically sprayed, which enhances the structural strength and the entire device is more stable;
5. The work area is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant;
6. The working area adopts four sides (left and right sides, rear, bottom) positive pressure to surround the design working area to protect the product;
7. The control panel adopts a touch switch. The buttons are composed of fan button, lighting button, UV button, power button, socket button, air volume decrease button, and air volume increase button, which are easy to operate; the display shows: fan speed , Display time, working time of UV lamp, working time of filter;
8. The front window of the clean bench is a manual window with 5mm thick tempered glass. The glass door-counterweight structure is flexible and convenient to open up and down, and hover at any height within the range of travel;
9. The interlocking function of the ultraviolet lamp, the fan and the fluorescent lamp, that is, when the fan and the fluorescent lamp are working, the ultraviolet lamp cannot be turned on to protect the operator;
10. The UV lamp is turned on with a delay of 5S to protect the safety of operators;
11. Set the safety height of the front window opening, and give an alarm when it is lower or higher than the safety height to ensure the stable performance of the equipment during use;
12. Fuma caster design is convenient for moving and fixing the cabinet.
