Product Introduction

Laminar Flow Cabinet is a work bench or similar enclosure, which creates a particle-free working environment by taking air through a filtration system and exhausting it across a work surface in a laminar or unidirectional air stream. The laminar flow cabinet is enclosed on the sides and kept under constant positive pressure in order to prevent the infiltration of contaminated room air.

Features

1. Product safety: the number of colonies ≤0.5CFU/30min;

2. Filtration efficiency: The filters are all high-efficiency filters without partitions, with a filtration efficiency of 99.999% for particles with a diameter of 0.3μm;
3. The working area adopts four sides (left and right sides glass, top, bottom) positive pressure to surround the design working area to protect the product;
4. The fan can be replaced and repaired on the top of the clean bench, and the filter can be replaced at the rear.
5. The box body is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate and the surface is electrostatic sprayed, which enhances the structural strength and makes the whole device more stable;
6. The work area table is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant;
7. The control panel adopts a touch switch. The buttons are composed of fan button, lighting button, UV button, power button, socket button, air volume decrease button, and air volume increase button, which are easy to operate; the display shows: fan speed, Display time, working time of UV lamp, working time of filter;
8. Lighting: ≥350lx.
9. Fuma caster design is convenient for moving and fixing the cabinet.
10. The interlocking function of ultraviolet lamp, fan and fluorescent lamp, that is, when the fan and fluorescent lamp are working, the ultraviolet lamp cannot be turned on to protect the operator.
